Match2Pay Unlocks Faster Wallet Performance and Brings Login Activity Into Focus

We’re starting April with targeted improvements to Match2Pay’s performance, security, and payment flow. This release addresses three critical areas: wallet management, user activity tracking, and deposit accuracy. The result is a platform that’s faster to navigate, easier to monitor, and less prone to costly payment errors. Key highlights include:

Audit Log: Login Actions Added to Dashboard

In the Match2Pay dashboard, the Audit Log section now includes user login events, allowing merchants to independently review all login activity performed by their dashboard users. This strengthens security monitoring and gives them more control over account usage.

Benefits:

  • Fuller visibility of user activity: Merchants can clearly see who logged in to the Match2Pay dashboard and when.
  • Faster detection of suspicious behavior: Unusual login hours or sudden spikes in login attempts are easier to identify and act on.
  • Improved accountability and auditability: A transparent login trail supports internal traceability and responsibility across the organization.
  • Easier compliance and security support: Login visibility helps with periodic reviews, internal controls, and broader security/compliance procedures.
  • Quicker incident investigation: In case of an issue, merchants can rapidly confirm whether and when an account was accessed.

Pagination in Crypto Wallet

We introduced pagination across all views in the Match2Pay Crypto Wallet module, which significantly improves performance and speeds up the loading of large sets of records. Pro clients using their own crypto wallet can easily review wallet transactions, browse assigned wallet addresses, and export the private key for a selected address without losing any functionality.

Benefits:

  • Faster access to wallet data: Pagination minimizes loading time for Crypto Wallet records such as transactions and generated addresses.
  • Better readability and control: Shorter lists make it easier for users to stay oriented and know exactly where they are in the wallet history.
  • Smoother experience at scale: Even with large wallets and long histories, users can browse data quickly and comfortably.

Payment Page: MEMO for XRP as a Separate Parameter

On the Match2Pay payment page, we separated the XRP address and the required MEMO (Destination Tag) into two distinct fields. Previously, both elements were shown in a single field, which could lead to clients entering only the address and missing the MEMO. With a dedicated MEMO parameter, the payment page is clearer and the risk of errors decreases considerably.

Benefits:

  • Fewer incorrect XRP deposits: A dedicated MEMO/Destination Tag field reduces the risk of mistakes caused by missing required deposit information.
  • Lower support volume and faster resolutions: This change helps prevent “missing memo/funds not credited” scenarios before they happen.
  • Clearer, more intuitive checkout: Clients immediately see that two separate values are required, improving completion and confidence.
